BlazeCoreShop operates the BlazeCore brand (“BlazeCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of blazecoreshop.com (the “Site”), including purchases made through the Site.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet the age-of-majority requirements in your jurisdiction to place an order.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Use the Site and purchased products only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, product instructions, and safety requirements.
• Keep any account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless it results from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, prices, and availability accurately.

• Availability may change without notice.

We may correct errors and update product information where reasonably necessary. We may also modify, limit, or discontinue products, subject to orders we have already accepted and applicable law.

3. Product Safety

BlazeCore TrailPod and similar products are compact alcohol burners intended for outdoor use. Fuel is not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

These products are not toys. You must:

• Use the product outdoors in a properly ventilated area.
• Place the product on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
• Keep the product away from children, pets, tents, vehicles, buildings, and flammable materials.
• Never leave an active or hot burner unattended.
• Never add fuel to a hot burner or near a flame, spark, or other ignition source.
• Allow the burner to cool completely before refilling, handling, cleaning, or storing it.
• Never use a damaged, leaking, modified, or improperly maintained product.
• Use only compatible fuel and equipment as described in the product instructions.
• Follow all product warnings and applicable fire, camping, park, and public-safety laws.

You are responsible for using and storing the product safely and in accordance with the instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use, unsafe handling, unauthorized modification, use of incompatible fuel, failure to follow instructions, or unlawful use.

This section does not exclude any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an automated confirmation. This confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing or product-information errors.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
• Quantity restrictions.
• Delivery limitations.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. Pricing, Currency, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, currency conversions, and other applicable costs will be shown at checkout where required.

Prices may change without notice, but price changes will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

If a material pricing error is discovered before an order is accepted, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown on the Site or at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping methods, costs, carriers, and delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, fulfillment requirements, customs processing, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is delayed, lost, or returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or refused, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

We will provide reasonable assistance with verified delivery problems. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged-item claims, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our voluntary return conditions do not replace or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Where applicable consumer law provides a right to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation, those rights will continue to apply regardless of any shorter voluntary return period stated in our policies.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content—including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, product descriptions, trademarks, layouts, and designs—is owned by or licensed to BlazeCoreShop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, lawful, and non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content.
• Modify or create derivative works from Site content.
• Use our branding, product images, or descriptions for commercial purposes.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

The Site may use, integrate with, or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics providers, and social-media platforms.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

11. Consumer Guarantees and Warranties

Products sold through the Site may come with consumer guarantees and other rights provided by applicable law.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable, products must meet certain guarantees, including being of acceptable quality, fit for their disclosed purpose, and consistent with their description.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to reject the product and choose a refund or replacement, subject to applicable law.

For a problem that is not a major failure, we may be entitled to provide a repair or another appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Consumer guarantees generally do not apply where a problem was caused by misuse, abnormal use, unauthorized modification, improper storage, failure to follow safety instructions, or ordinary wear and tear.

Any voluntary warranty or return period offered by us is in addition to, and does not replace, rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to the extent that it results from:

• Improper, unsafe, or unlawful product use.
• Failure to follow product instructions or warnings.
• Unauthorized modification or repair.
• Use of incompatible fuel, parts, or accessories.
• Incorrect information supplied by the customer.
• Events outside our reasonable control.
• Independent actions or failures of third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any consumer guarantee, personal-injury liability, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Your Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses or third-party claims arising directly from your intentional unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

You are not responsible for losses caused by our negligence, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or failure to comply with obligations that apply to us.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

If you live outside Australia, this section does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or legal rights that apply in your place of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply from the date they are posted and will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to orders already accepted, unless required by law.
