BlazeCore is a brand operated by LUMERA COMMERCE LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“BlazeCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of blazecoreshop.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.

You are responsible for using the Site and all purchased products in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

2. Products and Safety

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. However, appearances may vary by device, availability may change, and errors may occasionally occur. We may correct errors or modify, limit, or discontinue products without prior notice.

BlazeCore TrailPod and similar products are compact alcohol burners intended for outdoor use. Fuel is not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

These products are not toys. You agree to:

  • Use the product outdoors in a properly ventilated area.
  • Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep it away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
  • Never leave an active burner unattended.
  • Never add fuel to a hot burner or near an open flame.
  • Never use a damaged, modified, or improperly maintained product.
  • Follow all instructions, warnings, and local fire-safety laws.

BlazeCore is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper, unsafe, unlawful, or unintended use.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, quantity restrictions, violation of these Terms, or another legitimate business reason.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other applicable costs are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery times may vary by destination, availability, fulfillment requirements, and circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address information supplied by the customer.

Shipping terms are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Site content—including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, product descriptions, trademarks, and designs—is owned by or licensed to BlazeCore or LUMERA COMMERCE LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
  • Scrape or collect Site data using automated tools without permission.
  • Infringe the rights of BlazeCore or any third party.
  • Introduce malware or otherwise damage or overload the Site.

We may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are violated.

7. Third-Party Services and Privacy

The Site may use or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeCore, LUMERA COMMERCE LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the Site.
  • Product misuse, improper storage, unsafe handling, or unauthorized modification.
  • Carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, liabilities, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Indemnification and Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlazeCore and LUMERA COMMERCE LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
